I'd say with the looming sanctions, it would have to be a mid major coach looking for a pay raise. Not a lateral move for a more seasoned coach.
I just don't see Pimptino resigning and walking away from that high dollar contract. And I don't think UL, being the cesspool and embarrassment to higher education it is, would have the guts to fire his pathetic ass.
Well since UofL fans like to always toss out the term "racist" anytime UK is mentioned, I'd like to know if the Tards have any intention of atleast interviewing a black man should the position open up?

I think Pearl was very happy to get a second chance at Auburn and will stay there awhile, minimum 5 years.
That's not baggage at UL, that called building your resume.
I don't know. Wins against UK will get you noticed, even if it was over a very average UK team. Auburn might like to keep Pearl and they have the money to try but, ultimately it will be about competing for something bigger for guys like Pearl.
Not sure it's a good fit for UofL to be on probation and hire somebody like Pearl. Bad optics but, then again, it is UofL.
