That is a very good question. It isn't exactly an elite destination when there isn't a black cloud hanging over the program.
I'm skeptical he does. Age mainly. Why would you want to start over at 63?Am I the only one who thinks he isn't going anywhere?

Bruce Pearl
CN, I love it when you appear on the board! Regardless of your stance on some things, I always know it's going to get interesting. It's the lightning rods that keep things hot around here.I would bet almost anything on this. And he would be an absolute grand slam at UL. Power Bruce with the ACC and his bravado and watch out. Hope it doesn't happen.

I think Pearl was very happy to get a second chance at Auburn and will stay there awhile, minimum 5 years.I would bet almost anything on this. And he would be an absolute grand slam at UL. Power Bruce with the ACC and his bravado and watch out. Hope it doesn't happen.
Pearl has so much baggage I just don't think it will happen. He's a liar, a cheat, and a snitch. Not an ethical bone in his body.
On sec d thought, you're right. The Louisville way.
I don't know. Wins against UK will get you noticed, even if it was over a very average UK team. Auburn might like to keep Pearl and they have the money to try but, ultimately it will be about competing for something bigger for guys like Pearl.I think Pearl was very happy to get a second chance at Auburn and will stay there awhile, minimum 5 years.
Phil Jackson gets the first call.according to Fat Howie!

You are one of the few that get this right...Benedict knows TJ has his back and they are not going on probation...just one of the perks of being in the acc basketball the espn darlings..I just don't see Pimptino resigning and walking away from that high dollar contract. And I don't think UL, being the cesspool and embarrassment to higher education it is, would have the guts to fire his pathetic ass.
