Where is Conrad??

Why are we not trying to get he ball to our TE's? I thought CJ was a top TE, why are we not using him more?

It's frustrating. Towles badly needs a safety valve that they can check down to. Be it Conrad or the running backs. Dumb they haven't used him more.

Just don't understand it. I know this isn't the NFL but you see how great TE's are doing now and being used. I thought that was the whole point of recruiting him, use him dang it..

Does he even run routes or do we let him block the entire game? I get he's a good blocker but goodness. Surely there's a time or two where we could throw a pass his way.

Started a similar thread last week and several posters gave me hell about not knowing football, CJ's a great blocker, offense not a TE-centric offense, etc. Well, another game and, as far as I can remember, another game without so much as a target. In three games, we've thrown ONE TIME to the TE. Either PT isn't capable so they don't put those plays in the playbook, CJ is not getting open or PT just doesn't get through his progressions quickly enough to look for the TE. Whatever it is, it's just mind boggling that we NEVER throw to the TE. Talk about making it easier on the defense. First week in the NFL, TEs scored 22 TDs. More than 1/game. We don't even look at the TE. I don't understand it.
