When will UK-UL game time be announced?

If this season's pattern is any indication, it will be another night game. Seems all season we get the day games and our opponents get the night games. Tough break adding to an already tough schedule.

I don't think we will know tomorrow since the game is at U of L. I think that makes it under the ACC TV contract and they don't announce a lot of times until 1 week out.

Sunday at some point...it is one of the four ACC "flex games" where the time will be determined subsequent to the results of games this Saturday.

The 7:00ish time slots look like they are already lined up for USC-Clemson and Florida-Florida State; I'm inclined to think 3:30 is the more likely.

The SEC Network posted today on it's Twitter\X account that it would be announced after Saturday 11/18 games are completed. So, we should know on the 19th or 20th.

Saturday, Nov. 25

  • Wake Forest at Syracuse, 2 p.m. ET on The CW Network
  • Florida State at Florida, 7 p.m. ET on ESPN
  • Georgia at Georgia Tech, 7:30 p.m. ET on ABC
  • Clemson at South Carolina, 7:30 p.m. on SEC Network
The following four games will be flexed as six-day determinations:

Saturday, Nov. 25

  • Kentucky at Louisville
  • North Carolina at NC State
  • Virginia Tech at Virginia
  • Pitt at Duke – Noon or 3:30 p.m. ET on ACC Network

I'm assuming the TV is dictated by the home teams conference and network selections in these cases?

Looking at Louisville's schedule, the majority of their games have been on ESPN and ABC. They've had one game on The CW.

Our game with them should be on ESPN\ESPN2 or ABC.

Beginning 2024 - SEC will be on ESPN\ESPN+\SEC Network and ABC

The weekly selection process of SEC games will drastically change. Traditionally, CBS gets the first pick for its 3:30 p.m. ET spot before ESPN decides on the rest of the schedule for its various channels: ESPN, ESPN2, ESPN+, ESPNU and SEC Network. With just one parent company involved in the selection process, multiple SEC games could be on at the same time, as is the case at times now.

Sucks we don't get the CW slot,I've loved those goofy games & network this yr! Nostalgic, reminds me of Raycom.

Good luck. Hopefully we can stay away from the multiple penalties for not being able to ******* line up correctly.
