Few slices off a brick of extra sharp cheddar with an IPA, at least 4 nights out of the week.
That's a lot of work.
I love tortilla chips. I can eat a bag of them no problem. I also like crackers, processed meat, cheese, and mustard. You can basically make that triad as fancy or as cheap as you like and I will eat it. Saltines, bologna, Kraft singles, and yellow mustard? Yep. Super seeded cracker, summer sausage, aged extra sharp cheddar, and course ground mustard? Yep I like that too!!
I've loved a Little Debbie Nutty Buddy since I was about 8. Throw a good Swiss Cake Roll in there for good measure.

We have them all up and down the road down here. Boiling in a big ole black pot. My brother in law came to visit from Kentucky and we were headed down the road when I spotted some peanuts boiling. I pulled off the road and said let's get something to eat. He had no idea what I was talking about but said no way I eat something out of black pot on the side of a dirt road. LOL. Well he tried them and now he is addicted. I taught him how to boil green peanuts and now he is set for life. Just needs to find those green peanuts.
Currently Cheez Balls, but once they stop making them again, it’s back to Chex Mix. Eaten in the following order: Pretzels, white cracker anal beads thing, light colored Chex, rye crackers, dark Chex. Dark Chex with the most seasoning get eaten very last.

Hot boiled peanuts for me. Thankfully, my guy down the street fixes them up daily in his dilapidated roadside produce shack. Catoosa County, GA.......
Homemade beef jerky. Whiskey pepper marinade. You won’t find anything much better than that. Any kind of nut as well. Cashew is my go to, but macadamias are the best. Mauna loa brand.
