We do not have one person assigned as a special teams coach as we have had in the past. Most teams seem to have this and it is a confusing to me. I have seen responses like "we are doing it by committee and we will be able to draw on every coaches expertise". This sounds like rhetoric and I can't help but be concerned that we will miss teaching fundamentals or important details.
I dont really know that much about the inner workings of a football team- how big of a deal is this and what do you make of it?
