If you're talking about IU, the driver was Emmitt Holt; he had a 0.025 bl. alcohol (about 1 beer) and he hit Devin Davis, who had drunk much more, and had jumped in front of Holt's car. Davis was injured, came back to the team, but was dismissed a few mos. ago for another alcohol incident. Holt just got busted-again-for possession by a minor, last week.
