Players need a direction to "Run!" and "Go!" Or he's pointing at the post, which needs feeding.
Maybe at the shot clock? Remember when Rondo and company didn't know where the shot clock was at Vandy??More than likely he was pointing at the exit.
He’s obviously received training in public speaking with heavy emphasis on nonverbal cues and yelling.
