The obvious is no dropped passes and Leary was accurate as hell. Also the oline pass blocking was great.
They simplified it, upped the tempo and allowed Leary to work out of shotgun. The obvious is no dropped passes and Leary was accurate as hell. Also the oline pass blocking was great.
I feel better about the msu/sc games but we just seem so lackluster so often anymore I don’t know what to expectThis might be an unpopular opinion, but I weirdly feel a little bit better about the last 4 games of our schedule just because it seems like we’ve figured the passing game out atleast somewhat. Prior to this game I kinda thought it was just gonna stink all year.
I think we’ll be able to get Ray going against MSU/USC/UL (will probably still struggle with Bama), and I atleast have some semblance of hope that when we’re not playing against Tennessee’s offense (which we just absolutely have not been able to solve since they hired Heupel), the defense won’t look nearly as bad as it did tonight.
On the flip side, it wouldn’t shock me if we lay an egg against MSU and struggle to get to 6 wins.
Agree. It was single high safety to take away Ray and Ky was superb…kudo to Coen and Leary and receiving core…A dang good game.UT gave us the pass to take away RD
