What can Brown do for you?

He could pick UK along with Murray. He could come here be a lock down defender, attack the basket and get to the rim at will, and throw down highlight reel dunks.
I'm beginning to hate that crystal ball with every fiber of my soul.
Or the folks who act like it means anything when we're at least 12 hours or longer away from a commitment.
It's especially murky with Brown, who's been (maybe intentionally) enigmatic through this whole process.
Pretty much this, can I say with absolute certainty? Of course not, who can? But, I will say it's highly unlikely he comes to UK. Believe what you want, form your own opinion, I don't care this is an open forum so have at it. Just don't get all excited about things then p*ssed when the likely outcome happens.
My goodness, this maybe the 50th pun of the ups/brown spinoff. It's not clever at all. No slam on you op you might of missed the first 49. What can brown do for me? Sign a letter of intent to UK and end this. Like most I'm hopeful but not optomistic.
I personally don't think you've heard anything. You're just pessimistic because we've had so many misses lately. This exact same thing happened in 2012 when all of our recruits had committed prior to the early signing period. We missed on a few guys in the late period and people started getting restless. Then Noel committed to us as one of the last elite recruits off the board.
I've been hearing good things about brown. Keep your chin up.
You guys saying it's "highly unlikely" why don't you sack up and say why you think that? Are you trying to insinuate that you have sources you can't reveal? If you don't, then why is it highly unlikely?
I agree Silents. I don't think Heisenberg has heard anything, and I don't think he knows anything. He's just a troll trying to get some attention. The old phrase, "Put up or shut up" seems apt here.
Ive pretty much given up on this class. Weird kids that like to play games. I would be absolutely thrilled if we landed brown and/or murray, but its probably not going to happen.
why would you give up on a class where we have the 1st pick and another lottery pick as well ? Do you mean you give up on the spring signees? i could see that but this class is great as it is and we aren't done one way or another....
I would guess he's been following him for a while, but you never know with these things. The day after Cal's last visit with Diallo, he shut down his recruitment and started following Perry Ellis. I figured that wasn't a good sign. Others convinced me it didn't really mean anything, but as it turns out, it probably did.

OK then, sorry I don't give posts full of blind optimism.
I'm not saying I know anything, no one does. I'm just giving a prediction. I know some of you follow recruiting very closely, and others don't. The ones who follow it closely know I'm right and would say the same in regards to our chances with Brown. For the others, I'm just trying to set your expectations...accept the team we have right now, anything beyond this is a pleasant surprise. Stop looking for meaningless reasons to think he's coming, then you won't be p*ssed when he doesn't and come back to say OH WE SHOULDN'T HAVE PLATOOOOOOOONED...NOOOOO"
Just look out there man, you will see the information is bountiful and read between the lines. I'm not holding your hand here, do your own research if you don't believe what I'm saying. I'm not insinuating any sources, it's highly unlikely based on what he's said during recruitment and what those who have followed this for years are saying. Just put 2 and 2 together, and you will get 4.
If recruiting prognostication was that easy, they would never get any of them wrong. Info from the UM guy now indicates UK leads. Doesn''t mean I am going to go around saying it's now highly unlikely he doesn't pick UK. My only problem is with posters sounding like they know, but they can't say why they know. Then you find out they don't really know, they just think a certain based on info available to everyone. That is entirely different than actually knowing. But their posts don't say that. They are definitive posts seemingly worded to imply they have the inside scoop when they don't. I have no problem with you or anyone else who thinks he isn't coming to UK. I just don't like it when you guys basically rain on the parade of anyone who is being optimistic by telling them it's not gonna happen, no chance, forget about it, etc. That's all.
