My top 10 after this week:

1) Notre Dame
2) Ohio State
3) TCU
4) Ole Miss
5) Baylor
6) Michigan State
7) UCLA
8) LSU
9) Texas A&M
10) Bama (by a thread)

What we learned:

1) Notre Dame is absolutely phenomenal in the trenches. I hate them but their team speed, line play and solid QB play is very good. Best OL in the nation, top 5 defense...and they have a 2nd string QB that'd start for 10 SEC schools.

2) Saban still can't stop teams when they spread his defense out. Still no solid QB.

3) Ole Miss is legit. That defense is really good, especially the DL. Kelly is a great QB, Treadwell is dirrtty.

4) Leonard Fournette is your Heisman winner barring injury.

5) Auburn sucks.

6) Mizzou sucks....b2b narrow victories st home against UCONN and Arkansas State? No way they are a top 25 team.

7) Bret Bielema should just keep his mouth shut....and this preseason top 10-15 Ark talk was bull

8) USC still ain't got the defense. USC is soft (can't believe I'm saying that).

9) Strong is done at Texas

10) Spurrier is done at South Carolina

11) UK doesn't have a QB consistent enough to win big games. Swindle needs to be replaced, Asafo-Adjei got baptized into SEC football. Looked completely overmatched. Shannon Dawson needs to call something besides a run, 30yd pass or a WR screen and work the middle of the field.

12) The loss of Herman as OC hurt OSU much more than anyone thought.

13) Teams to watch that are improving fast: California amd Michigan.

UK take: ultimately, we are still fine. We should beat Mizzou next week. They suck. We win that and EKU and we are 4-1 going into Auburn who is reeling right now. Charlotte and Vandy give us 6 wins and a bowl. I really wanted the streak to end, but we are still ok.
