They bring nothing to the table. The offense and defense both flowed better.

Were more aggressive at guard. Had a big lead on Kansas when they were full strength and playing better.
Any teams we play with big guys that have a little meat on their bones eats our lunch. They move us around like a rag doll and intimidate us. Ours give minimal offense and none can play defense. Paper wildcats, ranked high but soft, which equals not much of anything.
Agree. We could switch everything on defense but now not so much but Cal made playing time promises so here we are.

May be right, but dude we have NO defensive flow at all. Our D is 100% suck.
I’ve said it all season…the three 7 footers blow. They all do (maybe) one thing decently but are awful basketball players and hurt the team WAY more than they help.
I think Z can be a net positive if we USED HIM. He should be in pick and rolls/pop EVERY POSSESSION. For some reason we've totally gone away from it.
Totally disagree; he is completely lost on the court 99% of the time he is out there. He is so incredibly weak physically and plays zero defense.
He could be an incredible year two guy but we all know that’s not going to happen.
Theoretically our bigs should be adding some rebounding, which really hurt us in a couple of those games where we had to play small. Unfortunately, they all have absolutely terrible positioning, which matters just as much as height. They chase the block on every single drive and give up a lot of easy second chances by being completely out of position afterwards.
Reeves, Dilly, and Reed. It's that simple. Just play em till they drop and tell dilly...don't even try to guard.
Make the game simple for him. You roll or you pop. If you have space let it fly. As far as being lost on defense....LOL who isnt?
Our guards totalled more rebounds than our bigs. That's embarrassing.
I swear I would take Coach Billy Clyde Gillispie back tomorrow. I can't fathom how we can be this bad defensively.
Cal has shut Z down from the perimeter. Z doesn’t even look at the goal when he’s out front with the ball. Z could be such a weapon but cal doing what cal does.
But he can't even complete the pick. Instead he throws his fairy arms up in the air and begs for the ball as he jogs toward the basket with no objective in mind. Ugo does the same thing. Bradshaw just proves around out there with seemingly no idea as to what he's supposed to do. What the hell do they teach these kids?
I'd love to see the rebounding stats pre/post 7 footers. The fact that all 3 struggle so bad to just grab a round ball is mind boggling.
I mean he's the best we got. Realistically he's never playing Edwards or Adou at the 5. You gotta play SOMEONE. Mitchell is now unplayable. So I mean..wtf ya gonna do? Play the most offensively skilled one and see what you can do.
It’s not that they’re on the roster. It’s that our head dummy refuses to play 3 guards instead of 3 bigs when they’re available.
In the Tennessee game last week our guards scored all of our points.
Most have been since cal reeled him in. The guy didn’t all of a sudden forget how to shoot. He doesn’t have a green light to shoot. You ever try playing a game and doing things you know goes against the coaches wishes.
Incredible to me that this team has 3 of the top 10 three point shooters in KY history. Repeat, in KY history…and is squandering it.

They were all open jumpers after his big game in which he fooled you. Reeling in? Wtf are u talking about. You make up some crap and believe it to be gospel. After missing about 10/11 in a row the kid stopped shooting. He got tight

Count me in the delusional group that kept saying "wait until our 7 footers are healthy and cleared". Man have they been garbage for all but Ugos block fest, Z's first game and Bradshaw UF clutch 3. That's it. That's all of their season highlights.
Have you not paid attention to cal since he’s been at UK. He doesn’t like his bigs launching 3’s. And he’s 1-9 and still shooting just under 40%. If cal expressed to him to look for that shot and actually run the pick and pop for it, you would see what I see. Would he make them all, no, but he’s a weapon that cal has neutered and teams will now sag from him and clog the paint because idiot cal doesn’t know how to use him.
. I love Z, but I do not trust him one bit defensively. He is slow footed and out of position almost every time down the court.
I'm not a big Mitchell fan, but he played well tonight. Maybe the only one giving effort, using his brain, and hitting shots all in the same game.
