We Have To Make Better Halftime Adjustments Going Forward

I am happy that we held on to win but these poor second half adjustments will be the difference between a great year and a disappointing year. I just don't think we can hang on and survive many more games like this with the best teams on our schedule coming up. Here's to hoping we can come out with a complete game and end the streak against Florida.

It's not halftime it's the 3rd QTR adjustments. Once they made their adjustment at the half for the 2nd game we couldn't counter on the fly

It's really just the offense getting shutdown in the third quarter. They will figure it out though.

I think it is conservative play calling. We came out like we had already won. Had we came out and scored that opening drive, usc would of not gotten momentum.

Looks like the opposing coaches need to do a better job getting their teams prepared to play from the opening kick too.

It's a game of ebbs and flows. We've ebbed and flowed and come out on top. It hasn't always been this way.

Dawson being able to make adjustments after the other team adjusts, well, the jury is still out.

I don't believe it's a problem with adjustments as much as it is getting too conservative to protect a lead . It's comparable to a defense that shut an opponent down most of the game and then inexplicably going to a prevent only to see the other team march down the field like it was nothing . They ask the players to keep playing so the coaches should keep calling plays .

Guys the two holding penalties were huge...put us in first and 20...up 17 you don't want to be stupid...we had a messed up hand off and a huge missed personal foul call. Young team...I'm good
