Yes. Its attendance. However, if attendance starts slipping……it will hurt a bit.

And the TV deals don’t hurt either.

SEC TV money and bowl revenue sharing ( will get even better with TX and OK , eventually) is enough for about every SEC team to pay their coaches top 15 money

Stoops is one of the worse, if not the worst, coach in the SEC currently. It would be wise to spin the wheel on someone else just to see what happens. Stoops has hit his ceiling here and we still suck horribly.

I think he is middle of the pack. Pittman, Beamer, Jimbo Fisher, Vanderbilt coach are all probably worse or same . Jimbo is backed by the most money, most in NIL, best facilities, and the best recruiting class in the history of college football, so definitely him. Eli at Mizzou was worse for years, until just three or four weeks ago.

Kentucky is only one of about 5 teams that basketball makes money. Like has been said, the money sharing from the SEC football is a golden goose.
