True. Sky is the limit IF they start playing defense. Otherwise, it's a cold shooting night that'll get them come tournament time.
Some of that is on coaching....some on the guys.

When he was in the game in the 2nd half, the UGA players were AVOIDING shots at the rim.
If all our scorers have an off night on the same night, no amount of defense will help us. In that scenario, we would clearly be under a voodoo curse.
Exactly. A coach has to be able to deduce his team has lost it's edge and make some adjustments. He should have done that tonight when the lead got to around 19-20. Instead he just sat there looking dumbfounded. That's on him. It overshadowed what had been one of UK's better defensive, and really more complete efforts of the season.
What part is on coaching?
The game was over at halftime. Young guys lose focus. It’s just hue it is.

UK had a 27 point lead that was cut to under ten with some time to go. UGA hits a three or two and it becomes a different last minute.
I've seen teams blow leads before. The team getting blown out is believing they can win the team with the former big lead begins to doubt. UGA wasn't going to quit.
The lack of focus at the end is not whining. It's a legit concern.
Cal needs to run them hard in practices and let those that don't want to put out the effort to play defense ride the pine we will get derailed in the end not playing defense it's no coincidence us averaging 90 pts a game and having a poor defense efficiency the two go together
