To hear from someone who has played in two other programs that we need more leadership from both players and coaches? That’s eye-opening. I mean, we could deduce as much, but this is a guy that’s seen how other programs operate and likely came here under the impression we had a certain culture of our own, one that he obviously didn’t get to see play out.
Not the first time I’ve heard it. Other players come in and question why things are easier than the smaller program they came from. When you have a bunch of older coaches making a ton of money, this is 100% predictable.
