Three #1 seeds went down yesterday. Florida lost to College of Charleston, Louisiana-Lafayette lost to Jackson State and in the one that hurts the most, Florida State lost to Georgia Southern. That loss for FSU may give UL the Super Regional host if FSU loses out and UL wins this regional. UK needs to regroup with a win today over Kent State and see if they can climb back into this tournament.

One other score of note, mighty Clemson lost 18-1 against Oregon.

Not only did FSU lose, but 2 seed Alabama lost as well. So if UK somehow won its regional (highly unlikely after yesterday's debacle), it could host a Super depending on how the rest of the Tallahassee regional plays out. That would add insult to injury if the 1 seed doesn't win the Tallahassee regional.
