Upper deck seating

How many rows are there? Does it start with 1 and go up to 40...? The higher number you have the closer to the top you will be?

Any info would be appreciated.

I am not sure if they start at 1 but as the number goes up, so does the height!

On the north side it starts at two and goes to Row 39. On the new reno side it starts at 2 and goes to 27.
