People actually think Cal does poorly in "big games". Every damned NCAAT game is big; lose an early round game and see how big it is.

Cal is:

5-0 in Early round games
5-0 in Sweet 16
4-1 in Elite 8 (look up other UK coaches and see how they did in the Elite 8)
2-2 in the Final 4
1-1 in the NCAA title games

Leads the nation with 11-3 record versus top 4 seeds including wins over 2 #1 Seeds
Is a remarkable 7-1 in NCAAT games decided by 5 points or less

People state he is only 1 title in 6 Final 4s. Should he have won in 1996? How about 2008? Check out the rosters of UNC, Kansas, and UCLA that year. How was Cal "supposed to win" in 2011 with a 4 seed or 2014 with an 8 seed?

I like my coach just fine...
