Under Armour is so now vs Nike which is the past, MJ & Tiger. Can Kentucky get out of it's existing contract?

Big UA fan. Nike still controls the market by far, but all the kids I see now are wearing UA gear, so as the generation matures I expect we see UA's piece of the pie fatten as well.

Don't understand the people that want to switch to UA. You guys realize our recruiting would take a hit? UA may be the hot name in other sports but Nike will always be king in basketball.

Not even close. Under armour is struggling big time, stock has dropped tremendously. I did manage to make some money on their earnings report however.

Kids idolize MJ and always will. Have way better athlete representation and better shoes.

I don't think any of the current high schoolers idolize MJ. At all. That's just the legacy hanging on that you and I feel from growing up with him.

Both are light years ahead of reebok and adidas in terms of quality. I still prefer Nike.

Hell, I'd be willing to sign a contract with freaking Skechers if it meant getting rid of checkerboard, H/K hybrid logo, and the birds making love logo. Sorry, I know it has been discussed a lot on this board but I'm still not over it. Haha Nike sucks in my opinion after the atrocities they've put us through the past few years.
