According to Joe B. Hall,on Leach Report, Ulis was shin splint free but recently it has started to come back on him. I will be disappointing if he has to play with pain again this year.

Pretty good indicator that he's taking his off-season practice very seriously, because if he was resting, they would be gone now.
It'll get taken care of, but it seems like he's willing to play with the pain to be a better player. Sounds like the Tyler Ulis we all know.

Shin splints hurt like a b*tch. Hated getting them when I played.

Glad I never had that problem but hope and pray that Ullis can get it solved before the season starts.

I used to get those bad when I was in the Army. (It never stopped me, just slowed me down.) Been a while but they do hurt.

They look pretty raw. Never had them myself, but I remember way~ back in basic, there was one guy who got them pretty badly. He walked funny. We called him papaw. Good times.

I found off (rest) days with ice therapy my only answer to shin splints. I'm sure Ulis is getting top notch therapy. Tough as nails kid.
