I wish he’d missed that shot looking back. Rather lose by two in regulation than get blown out by 12 in OT. Pains me to say that.

The OT was a miserable experience.

Had to live with that loss for nearly a year until Kentucky crushed them in Rupp Arena the next season.

Watched the game w my brother who is a UL alum. Brutal outcome. It left me hating everything my gaze landed on for days.

After how it turned out I always wished Master had missed that shot.

They embarrassed us in overtime.

I never got to see Houston-Louisville the following week. I felt a lot better knowing the result, but watching Houston dunk the Cards into submission would have healed an emotional wound.
