AbsolutelyIs this LSU protecting the number 1 pitcher is college baseball Paul Skenes? No weather in the area, nothing on radar but there is a chance of a pop up storm that would cut his start short.
How does this delay do that? Thanks. Is this LSU protecting the number 1 pitcher is college baseball Paul Skenes? No weather in the area, nothing on radar but there is a chance of a pop up storm that would cut his start short.
Good question. Doubtful. ESPN + would be a bummer.I wonder if the game will still be on espn? There’s a ufc fight scheduled for 8:00 on the channel
ESPN says it will be ON ESPN & ESPN+.I wonder if the game will still be on espn? There’s a ufc fight scheduled for 8:00 on the channel
The fear was there was going to be pop up storms after the game started. If it was long delay Skeens likely would not be able to resume. Thus LSU loses its best pitcher. How does this delay do that? Thanks.
You nailed it. I live in Baton Rouge and there hasn't been any lightning around today. And I see no reason for another hour delay weather wise.Is this LSU protecting the number 1 pitcher is college baseball Paul Skenes? Looks like another delay. 9:06 start now.
Tenn in 2nd delay. I guess that’s what they wanted to avoid, but why the inconsistency in how it’s being handled? IMO only reason is that LSU doesn’t want to risk losing Skeens.
The UK game should have started hours ago and whatever happened should have been part of the game.
ESPN Weather Service at your service…….You nailed it. I live in Baton Rouge and there hasn't been any lightning around today. And I see no reason for another hour delay weather wise.
Purfectly stated.Another words LSU doesn't want to start their ace pitcher if the game might be delayed and waist his start.
Kentucky baseball account seems genuinely annoyed. I gotta imagine that feeling is coming from Kentucky staff and amins.
