Their offense has taken a huge step forward since Craig Victor got eligible. Big man who can stretch the floor and finish inside.

True, but outside of Wake Forest (who admittedly, sucks), their losses at Florida, at South Carolina, at Texas A&M and vs Oklahoma aren't really that bad.

Marquette, N.C. State, Charleston and Houston aren't good losses, but they are solid teams.

Agreed. No terrible losses for sure. They should make the NCAA unless they implode the rest of the way.

UK ranks 9th in offensive efficiency compared to LSU who ranks 27th

in conference play UK is scoring 1.18 points per possession. LSU only 1.08 (but 2nd in the SEC)

We have a better offense and it's not particularly close

the numbers say they have identical scoring output. Its how they go about getting those numbers is the difference. It is odd to me how close the numbers are between each team.

they will implode. 13 losses is my prediction

That would make for a big implosion as they have a very easy schedule remaining. Only L on the schedule I see from here on out is at UK, their other two remaining road games are Arkansas and TN and despite our Loss there does not change how awful TN is. Really don't see how they don't hold on to win the SEC unless we win out as well. If we drop one of @florida, vandy or A&M, then they will also have to drop one before us as well to make the last game at rupp this year for the SEC regular season championship.

LSU Home games: Alabama, Florida, and Missouri
LSU Road games: Tennessee, Arkansas and UK

Yes, right now LSU has the easier path to the conference championship. Remember, as well as we have played, home court advantage still remains huge in the SEC. Of course if we play like we did against South Carolina our chances are very good. But, South Carolina also helped us by missing free throws, terrible shooting, etc. My guess is we will win all our remaining home games, but A & M won't be easy despite how they are doing (Kentucky is their most important game), Vandy wants revenge and to salvage a disappointing season, our visit to Florida can be said the same, and so our schedule is more challenging than LSU. But, a victory at A and M could mean that the LSU game is for a tie or the championship in the SEC.
