Was Worried, But Our Regional Margin of Victories Record From 1993 Remains Intact​

UConn had me sweating. Since 1985, when the NCAAT went to 64 teams, our 1993 juggernaut's margin of 31 ppg for an entire 4 game regional remains ours:

1993 Kentucky vs Seeds 16/8/5/3 we outscored those 4 teams by 124 points = 31 points per game

1999 Duke vs Seeds 16/9/12/6 outscored their opponents by 120 points = 30 ppg

1996 Kentucky vs seeds 16/9/4/2 outscored their opponents by 113 points = 28.3 ppg

2024 UConn vs seeds 16/9/5/3 outscored their opponents by 111 points = 27.8 ppg

1988 Arizona vs seeds 16/8/5/2 outscored their opponents by 107 points = 26.8 ppg

Of the 5 teams above, only ONE (so far) won the title...1996 Kentucky
