See, UCLA's big mistake was actually having classes. That opens the door to grades that need to be changed.

If you just give grades for no work like UNC-Cheats, you end up with Julius Peppers eligible for both basketball and football, Rashad McCants on the Dean's List, and never any worries about a trifle like changing grades.

Neither are drugs, fake medical conditions, dental advertising, guns, ex-players getting high in the coach's house, flying around a players mom to watch her son play, Pell grant fraud, forging signatures, sausage walleting a players mom, or having convicted criminals arrange parties for your players and somehow keep getting sweetheart deals from the local DA... so UCLA should be okay.

Exactly ^^. Those were my thoughts as soon as I read it.

UNC has shown the way to cheat. Just don't have classes and you won't need to change grades. You can invent your own academic reality. And so we get things like Julius peppers graduating with a 2nd grade reading level, Mccants on the Deans list, and a host of ineligible players receiving College level credits and diplomas for playing basketball.

I think UCLA will do the exact opposite of UNC. I think UCLA will embrace these allegations and use them as an excuse to can Alford. They really cannot stand him out there which is odd because the normal mode for UCLA is disinterest. You have to work pretty hard to get them to hate you and Alford has been very successful at that.
