Its funny that when Tyler came here many were saying that he was gonna be the kind of four year player that Cal needed to compliment his one and dones he recruited. To me it's looking unlikely that we have him for 4 years though, but can you imagine a senior version of Tyler playing here? He has the potential to be considered one of the best players ever to play for us.

If UK even had him back for one more year, his legacy would fly off the charts into the Mashburn-level stratosphere.

Placing Tyler alongside Fox, Monk, Gabriel, and Bam would probably equal Cal's second most talented team ever. Three NBA-level play makers in the backcourt and multiple bigs who can switch everything defensively.

I love the kid but still not a lot of NBA buzz for him. Not in a few mock drafts and the highest I see him is #46 in 2nd rd.

Unfortunately it is not in Ulis' best interest to stay. This draft is as weak as they get and probably his best chance to ever jump up to the first round. We all know he's a top 10 talent with below average height... Can't get any taller in school, and a title doesn't boost his stock any more than how he's playing now. I hate it too, but Cal probably won't even let him stay, even if he wanted to.
