Should get a better feel after his visit in the coming days. Obviously Alabama is a formidable opponent here. What say you Rock_Cat78??
That is what I’m saying. How can you be anywhere near assured of starting day one^Not if he's looking for immediate PT, which assuredly he is.
Never underestimate the pull of Alabama in recruiting regardless of circumstance and Wolford has reportedly been all over him. Sure, Kentucky likely has more PT to sell, but no doubt Alabama will sell the same thing with Evan Neal now gone which could open up space at one of the tackle spots.^Not if he's looking for immediate PT, which assuredly he is.
If he were a Sheen, he still might have that tiger blood supplement program in place. That would have to count for something, right?Depending upon your needs, Charlie could be a more promising prospect although he has a very low floor...
Could not put it any better...so I'll just agree with every word you said.I would think the priority #1. 2 & 3 for him is improvement in NFL draft status for next year. What team gives him best chance of starting at LT, while developing his skills.
I'm biased, but of all teams he us considering UK gives him the biggest opening at LT. while still playing with a great inner 3. Plus will be on a top 20 team, playing in a pro style scheme that 1/3rd of the NFL employs.
I read an article on him before he started taking visits, and they gave similar reason but for NC State. Their LT is possibly gonna be the #1 overall pick, probably top 5. Bama's is also but they don't have 3-4 5 star tackles to replace him with.I would think the priority #1. 2 & 3 for him is improvement in NFL draft status for next year. The last article I read said it was down to UK and Bama, if so I like UKs chances
You think he likes 'em thick?Hope he picks the BBW.
"... and I cannot lie."You think he likes 'em thick?
TomorrowWhen exactly is he visiting ?
Visit starts tomorrow. This player make his visit?
I’m guessing spring practice resumes tomorrow! I need some football news! lolVisit starts tomorrow.
You're not the only one. The HOB is a mess right now with all of the Cal debate/discussion/crying in almost every thread.I’m guessing spring practice resumes tomorrow! I need some football news! lol
I know, I’m already over all that! I’m ready for football 🏈! I’m anxious to see what the portal might bring and what the offense is gonna look like! You're not the only one. The HOB is a mess right now with all of the Cal debate/discussion/crying in almost every thread.
Over what? What happened? 🤣 🤣 🤣I know, I’m already over all that! I’m ready for football 🏈! I’m anxious to see what the portal might bring and what the offense is gonna look like!
You jest, but seriously, on the way to the Sweet 16 on Friday I told my posse we still had UK, even if my county school lost.Over what? What happened? 🤣 🤣 🤣
Looks like Sheen plays like SteenSteen's run blocking grade 68.7 and his pass blocking 59.9.
At least he has a grade. We got nothing right now. CMS must think we can get him coached up to BBW standards or he is better than anything we have to play LT right now until they can get some of the young guys up to game speed.Steen's run blocking grade 68.7 and his pass blocking 59.9.
Last year Eli Cox was a 62 in combined blocking, so it seems he grades out a bit above that, which is not all-sec level, but pretty darn good, though one could argue you'd rather have his pass grade be higher than his run grade when playing LT.Steen's run blocking grade 68.7 and his pass blocking 59.9.
