Assume we will see a new camera angle on TV this fall? I'm guessing up higher with more of the field in view. Anyone know?

Hopefully Vern and Blackledge won't be so critical of media accommodations the next time they visit.

IMO, very doubtful you will see a change due to some extra elevation of the press box cameras. The guys in the truck always zoom in to the LOS at the snap and you seldom see the "full field" shots which are really more interesting. You usually only get the full field shot or the "behind the O-line" shot if the guys in the booth are showing something with the telestrater thingy.

Peace

From what I understand the cameras will relocate from the middle of the stadium (old press box) to the top. The old angle was very flat and the new should be much steeper.

This is what I was hoping would happen. It should change the look/feel of our games significantly imo

I think the lower angle is better. I do not like broadcasts that have the camera too high up where you seem to be looking down on the players. The angle that Commonwealth had in the past was very good in my opinion.

I agree. I liked the angle we had before. Hope it doesn't change much.

One of the benefits of having a small stadium is the better camera angle..doubt it will change..watching a Florida or Tennessee game on TV is terrible because of how far away the camera is
