Ben was a big time get for UK baseball in 2017. Perfect Game had him as a top 100 recruit in the country and the 2nd best RHP in the state of KY. He came to UK with an arm injury, and sadly never fully recovered from that to reach his potential.
I am extremely glad that he got to live his dream and play basketball for UK as well as baseball, but saddened that his life ended so soon.

When you use the word "Turrible" in the subject line, it can come across as mocking the subject.
Condolences to all the people who knew him.
I use the word turrible in my daily life when it comes to bad things. I’m sorry if it came across that way. Just an awful thing for that young man and his family. 🙏
People use turrible to imitate Charles Barkley, and it can be hilarious. I'm not sure why you would choose to use it for this. JMO.
We can agree to disagree on this one. The main thing is this is awful and 🙏🙏🙏 for his family. 👍
One of my friends and I attended every game at the regionals in NM first season and we sat with Ben and Trey Lockhart every game. He and Trey both seemed like great kids. Ben talked about how excited he was to play again. Also in 2019 we stood and talked to Ben's mom & dad at game. They were both very nice folks...very, very sad as I have a grandson his age . Now suppose to end that way!🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
Heard rumors, but nothing concrete and it really doesn't matter.
If you look, what happened is floatin around, but I'm not spreading it. Just not something I'm comfortable doing.
