Yeah, read that somewhere else and that we are getting back in the race for this kid. Don't know if it's too late or we are too far behind but glad to see Cal is giving it a great effort to maybe get him to look seriously at UK. I think it also said Cal was flying out to meet with him in home real soon.
He is the only big man that Cal has offered in this class, which is pretty interesting.
Bol is the type of big Cal needs to create a dominant team around.
He is the perfect complement to Williamson, IMHO.
Those two would be fun to watch together.

Wow. That's a good one. Most of these little jokes are awful but your's was pretty good.
Maybe not out of the running but I listened to a podcast the other day with one of the recruiting guru's who said they Bol family was pretty upset at Cal because of getting cut from the USA team. Sounds like Cal and Payne have been trying to get back in their good graces since then.
That seems to be the big difference for Cal and K. Coach Cal has to worry about guys who get cut and it goes against him where Coach K is dealing with NBA guys and only uses them as examples of how he will use guys at Duke. I saw an interview with one of the recruits the other day and he said K told him he would be used like LeBron was on Team USA. It's a win win for Coach K but for Cal it can turn against you.
Actually, the bol is the endgame for the shittu....
