Cheaper - maybe, maybe not. It is opening game and we haven't lost yet. Better, I doubt it.....still some decent seats available through UK.

In years gone by you would have been best to get them outside the stadium. With the renovation and the optimism being generated I'd say your best bet is UK / Ticketmaster.

Most people will go thru UK & Ticketmaster for the reasons you suggested but that just leaves more picking for those seeking outside

Not saying there won't be tickets available out front but I question whether there will be plenty of them. It is a night game and the first one in the new CWS. I don't think there will be many fans that don't show up. If I didn't have tickets and wanted to make sure I was at the game, I would get mine on-line. Of course, if it isn't a sell out and you wanted to take a chance, you could come to the game and see what was available and if no luck, you could still get them at the ticket office. But seats may not be as good by then. I will be surprised if it isn't darn close to a sellout by the time we get close to the game.

I always do better by trolling the drunkards in the parking lot.....caught at the right moment and face value or below is easier than one might think.....I have 2 season tix and always - ALWAYS can do better in lots than on TIX Master (no fees) - I once bartered for lower level seats x 2 for a bottle of Woodford and a C A O Robusto (it was Kent State BUT)
