The following is a reflection and some considerations from CI publisher Justin Rowland in response to a number of recent conversation topics on the site regarding the state of UK football recruiting.

They're only one man's opinions, so feel free to sound off with praise, ridicule, or anything in between.

I've sensed a creeping sense of negativity when it comes to UK's 2022 recruiting class and I don't want to come across as combative or carrying water in the responses to different threads so figured I would put together some thoughts and share them.

Basically, I agree with some of the points of concern. I disagree with others and think some require some context, or there's an explanation that makes things easier to understand.
