I just looked up Texas Tech and looked at the pre-season rankings. We have, by far, the most difficult 2nd season series. Texas Tech took 2 out of 3 from Oregon. I don't know that much about Oregon but they are ranked above us in the Baseball News preseason poll. This is similar to taking on UNC two years ago. We played Texas Tech last year and I thought they were ranked then too but I thought it was at a neutral site. It will be a very stiff test for this squad. I worry that we are ranked in the 200's in terms of errors per game even though we played Austin Peay. Maybe the conditions were just so miserable that the errors weren't that bad.
