Plus I think Pope will actually coach defense, and switch defenses, plus scheme on defense, like his old coach used to do. Not sure Cal would know what good defense looked like it if bit him in the butt.

Watch the BYU vs Kansas State. BYU shot awful but played press defense and won the game. He plays like Pitino with fewer athletic players
