It's just a game OP. It shouldn't have any impact on your life win or lose beyond maybe 5 minutes. If your team wins the national title or super bowl maybe you party the night away but then back to reality at work in a day or two. It's mindless entertainment and a passionate hobby. It's not life.

In defense of the OP, I‘ve seen these heartbreaks for, literally, decades. It is really old and the frustration is understandable. It does in fact get old that there was always ”that one play”.

The penalty had nothing to do with the loss. It actually could have helped bc ole miss offense and kicking game was potent and they probably get a chance to beat us. What lost the game for us was out supposed top tier qb. Guys in that tier don’t make the mistakes Levis did. He was like terry wilson yesterday. Good enough to keep us in it but choking it away with fumbles.

Do you remember a few years ago when we were like a 20-30 point underdog to U6 and all they had to do was basically run the clock out and escape with the W ? Lamar made a ridiculously stupid play by scrambling his ass off, then lost a fumble to us and we upset them. That was a truly stupid mistake. But I guess Lamar Jackson isn’t a high tier QB ? Things happen and Levis will be fine.

The Peach Bowl loss was terrible because it was the last game in the career of all the seniors, but namely marty moore. The heart and soul of that team during his time there. For him to have his career ended in that manner was heart-breaking.
