Offer him what it takes to get him to UK with an offer of head coach when
ever Stoops leaves.
IMO he would get us competitive with his offense & we could probably sign
top prospects. If he moved on after 3-4 years a good foundation could be
laid & maybe we could sustain our progress.
This guy is an outstanding play caller & you can tell the kids like playing for him.
Staying with Dawson is going to be a disaster. His statements about bad play
calling & making adjustments does not make sense & a lot of times in a
round about way throws the players under the bus. Assumes no responsibility.
Moving Eliot from the DC position would be a good idea too.
He played a 3-4 & did not have the players to do so. Shows me he did not have
the smarts to adapt to a defense that his players were suited for.
