Duke's is pretty strong as well. Both have top notch freshmen, but none of know how they will play against top 25 competition.

Temper expectations.

Cal teams always look better when they play teams with vanilla defenses that let us run up and down the court with them.

Wait and see if these guys can still play like this against college defenses that get back and force them to play in the halfcourt.

Honestly I'm not sure that isnt just how CBB is going to be with the impact of NIL and especially the portal. I'm not sure the days of about 5-7 teams dominating year after year aren't gone forever. If you look at what Duke and UK did in the 90's and 2010-2015, do we ever see two or three teams just on a completely different tier than the rest of the filed for a decade? I kind of doubt it.
