Think those rules were discontinued a few years ago. This wouldnt be a transfer anyway, this would be kids who have never played for Florida.

Have they already signed LOIs if so UK can not contact them because if they did they would be charged with tampering? I do not think any team can contact them if they have signed LOIs with Florida until such time as they have been released from that LOI.
