there will be several 6-7 loss teams fighting for the 2-4 seeds. Just take a look at the top 25. Lots of teams getting beat regularly. a 2-4 seed still not out of the question.

This is a very valid point. There is more parity this year than any in my recent memory. Lots of ranked teams have lost a good bit of games already. Who knows how this UK team will finish out reg season, but it is the right year to lose more games than normal and still get a decent seed.

If you look at the teams in the rankings from #7 or #8 down to #25 most teams have 3 or 4 losses. That is why we need to get behind our team and quit bashing the Cats after a difficult loss. I agree that 6-8 losses this year can still get you a 2-4 seed with this years top teams. We are usually talking at this time the dominating teams and there are not that many this year. Many teams in the SEC, ACC, Big10, and Big12 are losing on the Road in Conference Play. A good example is too look at this week Top 25 and see how many upsets took place this week and today. Cal will get this fixed and we will see a turnaround by end of SEC Play and March Madness.

It's sad because we are one post player away from being a legit team and in the conversation for a 1 seed. Poythress or Lee either one could be that guy, but it seems like some games they choose not to be. Hoping we can get a 4 seed at this point.

there is no freaking way Poy or Marcus are going to turn into different players than they have been their entire careers at UK. Not happening .. we are down to praying Skal starts to get it .
