I think losing to LSU on the road would be understandable to most fans but tonight showed what will happen when you play with actual toughness and energy. If we had gone to LSU with the effort tonight, then so be it. Think I can say every one is proud of the intensity tonight! Great win! Go cats!

I think the fact that LSU was only UKs 2nd true rd gm in basically 8 weeks of basketball hurt the most
These games sometimes boil down to match-ups, but clearly there was more aggressiveness by Kentucky on offense. However, the interior guys for Alabama didn't have the lateral quickness that LSU players had. Plus, I feel like there was just too much focus on worrying about Simmons rather than just defending the LSU team. It did help that Bama when it mattered couldn't hit their free throws either.
