It is now being reported Phillips told Stoops he was leaving the team on Christmas eve when Stoops was having dinner with his family. That's an appropriate WOW what timing thing. I can certainly understand Stoops not appreciating that at all. I know I wouldn't. Seems a bit contrived to me.
