Did some research on the past 5 NCAA tournaments and the 4 seeds records. The average loss is 9 losses. The lowest amount was 7, the highest 11. To me if we can get a 4 seed or higher, they will keep us in the South which means our Elite Eight and Sweet 16 games will be in Louisville. Anything 5 seed or higher IMO ships us out west or out of the south. We have 2 right now. I think a 1-4 seed should be easily attained with essentially 7 more losses in theory to play with.
Getting in that south region I think could just be a huge advantage to get us back to Houston.
I think we wind up with 5-7 losses in the end but my main thing is I don't care the seed, I don't care the amount of losses, just get us in the South....and if we are I just see it being extremely difficult if we make the 2nd weekend to beat us in Louisville.
