You have to go back to 1960 to find a gm where UK was ranked #20 and the opponent was top 5 UNC #5 and the gm was not in Chapel Hill but Greensboro is close enough to be considered a true rd gm.
So basically it has been 55 plus yrs since UK has been this lowly ranked and beat a top 5 team in a true road gm.

I can't believe all the fans who think we are going to win this game. I hope you're all right, but we did beat this team by 32 this year, they're a proud program, and every freshman we have is going to be pooping his pants when that crowd gets going. Remember when Kansas beat us by 55 in their place in Pitino's first year? The next year they had no chance against us. Our crowd never let up the entire game.
