I do want to see how UK reacts following the first play and tackle. That will let me know how well this staff prepared them leading into this game. Do they hustle back to the line and ready for the next play or stand up look around the stadium and point to themselves for making a tackle and aren’t ready for the next snap.

Actually I’d probably agree though. I’ll know when I look into the players’ eyes in high definition whether we’re there to play. If timeouts were Mark Stoops’ vacation days he could go on vacation until 2031.

I mean, he had a point. To an extent.

This game will be as much on our coaches as our players. They can't be looking to the sideline for calls even for a second. And Stoops and staff are notorious for not figuring that out. Against Tennessee its one Hat looking at the sidelines with 36 seconds on the play clock and it'd boom 60 yard touchdown. Stoops has to prepare for that and realize he's a big chicken right before half anyways so don't be afraid to burn em on defense.
