Simmons, Labissiere, Diallo, Briscoe, Ingram, Kennard, and Trier helped themselves, either confirming evaluations, or looking better than those evaluations. And Murray put himself on the radar as a potential stud.
Brown, Newman, Swanigan, and Rabb did not help themselves.
Who knows what that really means, though? The Hoop Summit is the most game-like of these events, but even that is played at a far faster tempo, with far less organized and intense D, than you ever see in a college game. There's usually some connection between who plays best in all-star games and who is actually the best player (since the very best tend to make their presence felt no matter what- I think Simmons and Skal fall into that category), but there's also a lot of randomness as to who gets shots, who makes shots, and so on.
