How is it possible that Bagley who EVERY ONE of the recruiting experts were saying there is no way he could re-class because his academics where so bad - suddenly is apparently suiting up to play college basketball?
How is it possible when it was so out of the blue that two of the teams that normally would have had a great shot at him - Zona and USC - were caught without an available scholarship? In all my 40 years of following recruiting, I've never seen anything like it.
By the way, Reddish just got through rooming with Tre Jones at the Nike Skills Academy, where he said they "grew close". RJ Barrett was there as well by the way, hanging with Jones and Reddish. College players were also "invited" to the skills academy to work with the rising freshmen - 20 of the "best college players" were invited.
Only one team had three players "invited" - and guess who that was? Duke. That means Duke was basically allowed to send Duval, Bolden, and Grayson Allen to hang out with Reddish and Jones and Barrett for a week this August. Guess who had ZERO college players there working and bonding with the best high school players in the country? Kentucky, UNC, Arizona. I guess we know now another reason Duke cancelled their overseas trip - it would have conflicted with timeline of Skills Academy.
There is a reason Reddish was having lunch with Lebron James last week before he committed - LBJ is closely associated with the Nike Skills Academy btw.
Guess who hasn't uttered one word of outrage about this obscenely unfair advantage? The sycophantic pro-Duke media.
It's obvious now that the fix has been in on this for a while. Get ready for it guys, because it's obvious that Nike plans to funnel their top kids through Duke every year. There is a reason the two top 10 guys we're perceived to have best shot at are Adidas kids.
