CB had Walker at 80% to UCLA, 7% Florida State. Was a big last minute run for UCLA and he goes to FSU. Hasn't been a good year for the Crystal Ball to say the least.

Is there solid evidence that the Crystal Ball has been doing very poorly overall? Not doubting you, just that the misses probably seem magnified. The only other one I can think of from this season was Knox which was obviously a huge whiff

It's not typical where they have misses where literally almost none of their experts were right, and they've had a couple of those this year.

Thats a good point. Its not super bad if its like 60/40 and the kid goes to the school with 40, but not a single "expert" predicting the school he ends up choosing is a bad look. Still, recruiting is such a random guessing game so I think the crystal ball is better than nothing.
