He was a guy who did not want to be a back-up to Skal, Lee and Poythress, but not good enough to challenge them for starter minutes. Even if he hadn't signed, I doubt that has changed.
So he settled on Indiana after Syracuse got in NCAA jail. Too bad for the kid stuck in that basketball purgatory of mediocrity with a looney coach. But he'll survive it the same way Noah Vonleh did. He might even get to play one or two games in the NCAA tournament.
Lol.
IMO with the sad situation that you have had in Bloomington for the past several years you have little to laugh about. Probation and it seems a very quirky coach at present.
Desperate times call for desperate measures
IU will be netter than uk next yearEnough talent to compete for another Final Four = desperate? I think Indiana would gladly take that type of desperation next season.
Thanks for the laugh.IU will be netter than uk next year
IU will be netter than uk next year

IU will be netter than uk next year
Maybe IU will be "netter" than UK next year, whatever the hell that means, but IU certainly won't be better. 1987 Hoosier boy. Notre Dame and Butler are much better programs than IU now. How embarrassing and pathetic is that?IU will be netter than uk next year
You guys have a very large number of IU threads.
I'm assuming that "netter" means better at cutting down nets after a loss?IU will be netter than uk next year
The are a lot of IU threads on this board. Tends to attract IU fans.
I just assumed you IU fans were attracted to a program that is nationally relevant. Lord knows that it hasn't been found in Bloomington since the grunge era.The are a lot of IU threads on this board. Tends to attract IU fans.
At what? Spelling?IU will be netter than uk next year
Has that kid signed a letter with IU? If not Cal should pursue..We need more front court help.

Imagine what any other coach could do with the talent Calipari has had...even the quirky ones. Better hope Skal is eligible and a future NBA MVP, otherwise you are likely NIT bound. That wasn't me. Pay attention. The kindest thing I'd say about Clappy is that I hope he keeps his job for a long, long, long, long, time. Longer, actually. A looooooonnnngggg time.
But Bryant seems like a good kid, so good luck to him. Hell, who knows? Maybe he'll actually get to play in the Elite Eight. Extremely unlikely but not impossible. After all, that's happened once in the lifetime of grad-level students at Bloomington. A rare few of the students at IU might even have an actual memory of it.

I see one thread (this one - which is a worthless one by the OP). Not sure what you are seeing.
To say you are a moron is an insult to morons.Imagine what any other coach could do with the talent Calipari has had...even the quirky ones. Better hope Skal is eligible and a future NBA MVP, otherwise you are likely NIT bound.
Here's a stat that will make you laugh out loud: In the lifetime of the average IU senior, 21 NCAA tournaments, the Hoosiers have won 14 NCAA tournament games. In the past SIX tournaments, Kentucky has won 22 games.Imagine what any other coach could do with the talent Calipari has had...even the quirky ones. IU to Elite Eight or beyond: 1 for 22 years
UK Elite Eight or beyond: 5 for 6 years
In the time that Indiana has made it past the Sweet 16 once, dating back to the 1994 season, Kentucky has: 12 trips to the Elite Eight or beyond, Seven Final Fours, Five championship game appearances and Three National Championships.
Give it a rest pards. This stuff is done a lot. If he hasn't signed a letter ,then he is fair game. Cal put all of his eggs in several baskets and it didn't work and now he is scrambling for bodies. Bryant would be a good one.. If you can't see that, you know less than nothing, especially since we are so thin on the front line.Any other committed players you want UK to pilfer? Is that what we have become? Some of you guys...

Now now. Had a ton of UK folks around me this last month crying about basketball. History seems to repeat itself. Glad to be moving into May...We're you the Indiana fan that cried behind me in Atlanta, when UK ended your season 2012? I thought that was cute. Poor lowly hoosiers.
Cal has always said he NEVER recruits kids who have committed elsewhere without first decommitting.
