...the BBN has the power to really send a STRONG message to the NCAA. The message that we will no longer tolerate the preferential seeding they give to teams like dook, or the biased referee's who ALWAYS manage to call only our BIGGEST games.

The way to send that message is DONT WATCH THE FINAL FOUR or the NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP games!!

Follow the score on ESPN on your phone or whatever, but don't tune in to watch the games. When they see the ratings for the Final Four and Title game are in the freaking toilet, they'll get the message, because they'll realize that getting the BBN to tune in makes a night and day difference in the ratings and they are losing money when the BBN isn't interested in the games. It's no mystery why 6 or 7 of the 10 most watched college basketball games of the last decade involve UK, because when UK plays, we tune in in massive numbers, but when we are continually screwed by an incredibly difficult bracket (we've been seeded in the most difficult bracket in the NCAA-T nearly every season that Cal has been here, regardless of what our seed is) or suspect officiating, it's hard to get motivated to watch any more basketball until the next season.

Pretty sure the ratings will be down even without a special effort to NOT watch by the BBN. Fans love the upsets in the early rounds but when it comes to final 4 time, they want to see the powerhouse teams. Sorry, Gonzaga, Oregon and South Carolina are not bringing the more casual college fans to watch.

Suggestion: If you do contact the NCAA, send them the videos of Higgin's bad calls.
DO NOT be threatening or abusive in any way. You will only prove that you're part of the 10% of our "fans" that no one likes, who have already embarrassed all reasonable UK fans with their words and actions. Go CATS!!!

Im not watching that BS final four or championship game. On a side note, I hope we have a crappy championship game of south carolina vs. oregon. Hahaha, nobody would watch that garbage game.

It would be difficult enough to get fans out west to tune in anyway. Oregon "fans" don't care about this. Remember when Oregon played auburn in the football championship a few years ago? Ratings were so bad in Oregon that is was like they didn't even realize they had a team playing in the biggest game.

And no, Im not jumping on the SEC, SEC, SEC bandwagon for the gamecocks. Screw it all and their mean, arrogant fans that trash us during the regular football and basketball seasons.

NCAA doesn't care if no one watches. TV agreement $$$ is already in place. Want to make an impact. Start a blog, and get a couple million viewers to email the advertisers, about not buying their products, and you might see some change. But no one will take the time to do that.

The only rating's saving game left is Gonzaga/UNC.

I don't plan on watching at all. I am done with the NCAA until UNC**** is properly punished which means I am done with the NCAA. I will participate on twitter every time I see the NCAA pretending to care about academics. The system is rigged for certain powerful people an d organizations like UNC*****. It is absurd that the NCAA thinks that their "ruling" on whether to restore NCAA championship games to North Carolina is news. We know they are going to do it. Pretending to have a committee on infractions and pretending to investigate UNC**** is farcical. I don't trust them to do anything to cross the monied interests who can spend millions to cover up their crimes and rules violations. The NCAA basketball championships, for me, are forever tainted by their corruption.

If the ratings were horrible for last year's UNCheaters/Villanova game, can you imagine how bad it would be for oregon vs. south carolina?

Nobody but the most die-hard bball fans would watch that.

I'm not a die hard bball fan. I'm a UK bball fan. You can have the rest.

I'm not watching. You can say what you want but I am done watching the tournament for the year. That is my way of protesting.

I only watch UK basketball. I have been boycotting the NCAA until they do something about UNC & UL. If UK isn't playing then I am not watching

The NCAA isn't going to do ANYTHING, unless the coaches (big name coaches like Cal, K, Self, etc.) plus with the backing of the ADs say we've had ENOUGH of this lousy, inconsistent, biased officiating. Fans doing all this stuff makes us sound petty, spoiled, and sore losers.
