Not named Wall Cousins or Davis, Go.
Give me Monk

Edit: Towns was left off. He's also off limits

Towns developed a lot here and showed greatness late and also benefited from a stacked team. WCS took a lot of pressure off him.

Obvious answer Towns. But I think you probably forgot about him.

Julius Randle for my "other" answer and it's not close. He's also the most underrated OAD we've had. Guy was a beast who had to be triple teamed and he still broke through. He was John Higgins from winning the title here.

How in the world are there fans who think he's even or worse with Bam I'll never know. It's not even in the ballpark.

a little to drink has me forget abt towns and 38-1. I tend to forget that misery

Hard to argue the most obvious, but without mkg making his presence I'm not so sure we win the title so easily. He had the biggest play of the game, and we know how hard it is to get sfs

If mkg could shoot, you're looking at one of the best we've ever seen. He was an amazing athlete. We just didn't get enough of a picture of him. In my opinion, if he had a sweet jumper, he'd be up there with Davis.

Eric Bledsoe tends to fly under the radar, but he sure is having a great NBA career.

Jamal Murray was amazing and yes, Monk! I'm pretty sure he was nursing a post-season injury. Fox had health issues during the season. When they were healthy, look out world! All 3 are amazing. I'm torn between those three!

MKG and Randle.

They would be my picks.

(Nerlens Noel had he stayed healthy)

The stats I posted were Randle - Towns. Basically, 200 more points and 150 more rebounds... but people forget about him, since Towns is having a greater NBA run.

points-------- 599 > 401
rebounds--- 417 > 261

I honestly think Fox is going to be one helluva NBA player. John Wall caliber with a much improved jump shot. The kid will be a future all star.

people don't forget about him, but that's a bit misguided comparison. Towns only played 21.1 mpg while Randle played 30.8 mpg.

Per 40 minutes it's pretty close, but Towns win in one major category, which is blocks.

Towns:19.5 ppg @ 57, 12.7 RPG, 2.1 Apg, .9 Spg, 4.3 Bpg, 2.6 TO.
Randle: 19.4 ppg @ 50, 13.5 RPG, 1.8 apg, .6 spg, 1 bpg, 3.3 TO

I am going with Devin Booker, the kid only played about 21 minutes a game, he averaged 10 points, 2 boards, shot 47% from the field and 41% from the 3pt line. He just happened to be on a UK team that was platooning 5 man rotations.....but If Booker had been getting Malik Monk minutes...
